Chocolate Chip Pan Cookies

Hey all, it’s T. Today I wanted to share my quick and easy recipe for when you forget about that bake sale the next day, and you have to rush around last minute to pull something together without anybody realizing you didn’t spend hours slaving over a hot stove. This takes just minutes of prep time and tastes like heaven. Without further ado, I present to you the best pan cookies you’ll ever make.

Ingredients:

  • 1 box moist deluxe yellow cake mix
  • 1 package vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 14cup water
  • 12cup oil
  • 12 ounces chocolate chips

All you have to do is mix all of the ingredients in a bowl until well combined, spread them into a 9×13 inch pan, and pop them in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 350 F, and voila! Let them cool for about 15-30 minute before cutting into them. It’s that simple.

Tip: to check if they are fully cooked, put a toothpick in the center, and if it comes out clean, then they’re done!

So that’s all you have to do to make delicious pan cookies, and I hope you will like them just as much as I do. Feel free to let me know how they came out if you try them, and happy baking!

Ciao for now, T
